2013 Wedding Dress Trends: Black and White Wedding Dresses Are Back Again!

In 2013 black and white wedding dresses continue to be a favorite among brides.  Many designers continue to feature gowns with black accents.  In 2013 you will see black and white wedding gowns that are more bold and definitely include more black detailing.

A simple black belt is still a great way to add a small touch of black to your wedding dress.  Some designers, like this Jim Hjelm dress, make the belt detachable so you can decide to add it after the ceremony to give your dress a totally different look.

This Carolina Herrera dress has the black belt detailing at the waist and also gives hints of black in the bodice and skirt.

Maggie Sottero makes a stunning wedding gown with beautiful ruffle detailing and a simple black belt.  Love this dress!

Even though this short dress by Wtoo is actually for bridesmaids, I think it would be a great second wedding gown.  It is fun, flirty and great for dancing the night away!

If you are looking for a more bold look, this Maggie Sottero or Carolina Herrera dress with black embroidery might be the perfect dress for you.  These dresses incorporate more black accents while still remaining soft and romantic with the black embroidered flowers.

And if these dresses don’t have enough black detailing for you there are more styles that make black the star of the dress.  For example, this Issac Mizrahi dress with a black under skirt or this Alfred Angelo dress with a black lace sleeved dress are definitely show stoppers!

And don’t forget colored dresses are the newest trend so you can always choose an all black wedding dress like this one by Issac Mizrahi to wow all of your guests!

Would you wear one of these black and white wedding dresses?
