Glendalough Manor Real Wedding: Sydney and Blake

I am so excited to share this real wedding at Glendalough Manor with you!! The amazing photographers from Unplugged Photography did an incredible job of capturing the wedding day of Sydney and Blake on May 3, 2013.  I had such a hard time choosing which pictures to feature since so many of them were absolutely gorgeous! Hope you enjoy this beautiful wedding story of Blake and Sydney!

The bride wore a beautiful lace empire waist wedding gown with a sweetheart neckline designed by Essence of Australia.

Sydney and Blake decided to have a “first look” and get a private moment in the gardens at Glendalough Manor before the ceremony.  It was an emotional and beautiful moment captured David Shirk of Unplugged Photography.

The bridesmaids wore tea length dresses in shades of lavender and pink and carried gorgeous hand tied bouquets of peach, pink and lavender created by the talented Perfect Petals Design Group.

The ceremony took place in the gardens where the aisle was lined with shepherd hooks with jars of coordinating flowers.  Under the pergola were two large arrangements on either side of the couple on large columns.  Stunning!

The reception was held in the Wicklow Ballroom at Glendalough Manor.  The chairs were tied in a soft shade of lavender accented with a lavender napkin.  A long head table was set in the center of the room with all of the guest tables surrounding them. Sydney and Blake had a candy buffet as the wedding favor for the guests to enjoy.  The cake was made by Cutie Pies and Cakery was topped with an adorable cake topper with the words “We Do”.

Ciao Bella Weddings did an incredible job on the flowers and design of the ceremony and reception spaces.  A white aisle runner was laid down at the ceremony site and coral lanterns with pool blue ribbon were hung under the arbor where the guests are seated.  Crystal decorated the pergola with white draping and a centerpiece in the center with gorgeous coral flowers.

Glendalough Manor Real Wedding: Ross and Whitney

On October 20, 2012 Ross and Whitney were married in the beautiful gardens of Glendalough Manor surrounded by one hundred and eighty of their closest friends and family.

The bride and her bridesmaids arrived to get ready in the bridal suite at Glendalough Manor and finish getting ready before pictures.  The bridesmaids toasted to the day with champagne and mimosas.  All of the bridesmaids signed the bottom of the brides beautiful Badgley Mishka shoes for her “something blue”.

Her bridesmaids helped Whitney get in to her wedding gown.  She  chose an all lace gown with a sweetheart neckline and wore a fingertip length veil with lace around the edges.

The bride and groom chose a very soft and romantic color palette of champagne and blush pink.  The bride carried a bouquet of assorted pink and ivory ranunculus and roses made by Blueberry Springs Florist.  The bridesmaids wore champagne satin floor length gowns and carried bouquets similar to the brides.

The groomsmen wore traditional black and white tuxes champagne spray rose boutonnieres.  For an extra touch they all wore matching argyle socks!

The ceremony was held in the gardens and pomander balls were hung in coordinating flowers across the pergola for the bride and groom to stand under during the ceremony.  I love this picture of Ross’ reaction when he see’s Whitney walking down the aisle.

After the ceremony the guests were welcomed in to the Wicklow Ballroom for a night of dancing and celebration.  The bride created her own table numbers for a personal touch and was able to reuse some of the bridesmaids bouquets for centerpieces on the tables.  Whitney chose a four tiered fondant wedding cake from Cutie Pies and Cakery decorated with pink ribbon around the bottom of each layer. They also offered the sweetest cupcakes iced in pink and ivory icing to their guests.

One of A Kind Music Productions kept the party going all night long and the couple left in a vintage Pontiac convertible.

Congratulations to Ross and Whitney from everyone at Glendalough Manor.

Also a special thank you to Blackbird Photography for these amazing photographs!
