David and Allison’s October Wedding!
Good Morning! Allison and David were wed on an unexpectedly rainy October day at Glendalough Manor. I have to tell you that I had a very hard time choosing the photos from their wedding. Allison is SUCH a stunning bride and Eileen with @ www.blumephotography.com captured the most amazing photos!
Even though it rained on their wedding day, that did not stop them from having the ceremony in our beautiful gardens. In fact, rainy days make for the best lighting which is apparent in the pictures.
I love how these photos picked up on all the little details that make #glendaloughmanor stand out from the rest. Our full service staff is there every step of the way. From drinks ready for the bridal party after the ceremony to the bride and groom’s hot food ready for them once they finish their first dance. We don’t miss a beat @glendaloughmanor and are very proud of that!

Josh and Annalisa’s Romanian Wedding!
A usual hot and humid June Sunday in Georgia and the threat for rain was imminent at ninety percent that whole day. Annalisa, understandably beside discouraged over the weather after planning for over a year to have her ceremony in the beautiful gardens at Glendalough Manor! Luckily for her, a surprising turn of events in the weather came over Tyrone and it turned out to be a beautiful, no, gorgeous sunny day. The trade off on the heat in lieu of the rain was tolerated and well worth it.
Among my days working at Glendalough, I have witnessed a number of different cultural weddings. I have to say, that Romanian weddings are among my favorite! It’s ALL ABOUT THE CEREMONY! Family and food are also at the top of the chain when it comes to importance.
