Wedding Jewelry: Rose Gold is Back!

Vintage inspired weddings are still on trend for 2013 and are influencing everything from wedding dresses and decor to wedding jewelry.  Making a comeback is Rose Gold which first became popular over a century ago. If you are unfamiliar with rose gold it has a more blush pink hue than a yellow gold.

Rose Gold engagement rings are one of the newest jewelry trends to emerge. Soon to be brides are eying rose gold rings as their wedding of choice.

I really like the pairing of rose gold with the more traditional white gold or platinum.

If you like a more traditional wedding ring but still love the look of rose gold, you can still wear it on your wedding day. The warm, softness of rose gold makes it a perfect metal to pair with a wedding gown. Brides are choosing to wear rose gold earrings, necklaces and bracelets.

2012 Fall/Winter Wedding Colors

Are you having a Fall or Winter wedding and are can’t decide which colors to use?  You are in luck! Pantone has come out with their Fall/Winter 2012 Fashion Report with the hottest colors in fashion.

This years Fall/Winter Fashion Report has a color for everyone!  There is a mixture of bright colors and muted tones to fit any brides personality.    If you want to be on the edge of fashion trends with your wedding colors, try combining some of these colors to make your perfect color palette!

Here are some of my favorite color combinations:

French Roast and Tangerine Tango have to be the the most bold and beautiful color pairing for Fall.  I love how the Tangerine Tango is so bold against the French Roast.  You can also pair this with Honey Gold to richen the color palette.

My favorite new color combination for fall is Titanium and Ultramarine Green!  I am in love with this color green and Titanium is the perfect grey tone to compliment this deep yet vibrant green.

Blush tones are a new way to capture the essence of winter!  Pairing Rhapsody, Titanium and Rose Smoke are beautiful together showing off a soft, romantic feeling.

Honey Gold and Olympian Blue are also a perfect Fall/Winter color combination.  The Honey Gold is the perfect neutral to the brightness of the Olympian Blue.

Which color combination is your favorite?  We want to know!

Happy Planning!
