Wedding Dress Trends: Beaded Gowns

A huge trend emerging in bridal fashion for 2014 is beaded wedding gowns!  These wedding dresses are a departure from the traditional styles we are used to seeing.  They remind me of a dress you would see on the red carpet at the Oscars.  They have a high fashion look and a modern silhouette with lots of sparkle.

Wedding Dress Trends: Off the Shoulder

Off the shoulder gowns are back in a big way!  Designers are creating beautiful gowns that accentuate the shoulders creating a sexy silhouette. The sleeves are made from satin, lace and even tulle.

Wedding Dress Trends: Plunging Necklines

A popular wedding dress trend for 2013 and 2014 are dresses with straps and sleeves.  Along with this reemerging trend are plunging necklines! Designers are creating dresses with sleeves that are elegant and modest yet show a hint of skin with the neckline.

When looking for a dress with a plunging neckline make sure to consider how “plunging” you want your neckline to be.  If you are busty on top, a shorter V-neckline will look classier.

My favorite dresses with plunging necklines are inspired by the 1920’s and have a vintage flair.
