My favorite way to use color blocking is with the bridesmaid dresses!  Another hot trend is to have bridesmaids wear skirts. Choose a skirt in one color and a shirt in another to create your perfect color blocked combination.

For the reception tables, use the same vases with different colored flowers in each one.  Or choose color blocked stationary and plates with the same color flowers.

Winter Wedding Ideas for 2013-2014

We love Winter Weddings!  There are so many reasons Winter weddings rock!  One of the biggest reasons is how much money you can save by getting married in the “off season” since most venues and vendors are willing to offer better deals.  I also love all of the decor elements that are only appropriate for a Winter wedding!  The natural color palette is beautiful and add a little sparkle to pull it all together! Here are some of our favorite Winter wedding ideas you are sure to love!

Faux fur vests or jackets are a great accessory for the bride and bridesmaids for a Winter wedding.  Not only will it keep you warm, but it looks chic and sophisticated.

Offer them hot chocolate, hot tea or apple cider during the ceremony or reception!  I love having cinnamon sticks, whipped cream, candy canes or chocolate shavings for guests to add to their drinks!
